Do you have COVID and safety measures in place at your centre?
Yes. We have all the safety measures in place at the centre including First Aid, no sharp objects, play area safe materials used to protect young kids, non-inflammable materials, soft toys approved by UK Health and Safety etc. In addition, we have fire exits, smoke alarm and security cameras on site to ensure all the necessary safety measures are in place. The area is cleaned between sessions and masks worn.
Social distancing measures is also in place at our centre with one way entry and one way exit as well as hand sanitizers to protect both parents and children from coronavirus.
Are kids ever left alone?
No. Our staff chaperone children at all times in the Gaming Arena and stay on hand throughout, leaving parents free to play with little ones downstairs if they wish to use Soft Play Area.
Do you have wheelchair access?
Yes. We have ramps on entry to the centre as well as the Gaming Lounge on First Floor using a wheelchair lift.
Do you have parking?
Yes. Parking is available in the free Mill Hill Park Daws Lane Car Park which is pretty much opposite our centre.
Is your centre available for private hire?
Yes. You can private hire our whole centre on an evening for parties and gaming tournaments. We can arrange for catering of all types of food and drinks including any allergy specific types. For more information contact us by email: info@gametimeplaytime.co.uk or call us: 0203 745 1986.
Can I bring my own VR goggles or gaming control?
No. Players have to use the gaming equipment provided by our centre which are of the highest quality and specification. In addition, we sanitise all equipment by wiping them down with anti-bacterial wipes after each gaming session for COVID protection.
Do you accept credit card payments online and in the centre?
Yes. We accept all major credit cards both online and in our centre including Visa, Debit, MasterCard, Solo, American Express and Maestro. We also accept PayPal online as well as other credit cards for gaming and soft play party bookings. You can also by cash in our centre.
I have booked a Gaming, Soft Play or Party Booking but cannot make it due to unforeseen circumstances - can i get my money back?
No. Unfortunately our refund policy has strict terms and we therefore do not offer any form of refunds under any exception. We can offer an alternative dates and times so you do not lose out. If you have booked the whole venue and want to cancel then we cannot offer any refund but again we can reschedule an alternative date. Simply contact us by telephone to inform us in advance that you will not be able to make it so we can fill the time slot.
