The following rules and policies are in place for all visitors to our centre and include the following:

• COVID secure place, we thoroughly sanitise all our equipment after each session.
• Face masks worn by all staff and to be worn by customers.
• All customers would need to sign in, sanitise and have their temperature taken.
• Soft Play: is designed for under 5 years and below.
• Gaming: from 3 years and above.
• VR designed for players above the age of 6+
• Very strict age restrictions apply to all age groups who play games.
• Certain times ID may be required if 18+ game was requested to be played.
