Unfortunately we do not offer any form of refunds under any exception. We can offer alternative dates and times if you have made a booking in the future that you cannot attend due to unforseen circumstances so you do not lose out.

If you have booked the whole venue and want to cancel then we cannot offer any refund but again we can reschedule an alternative date. Simply contact us by telephone to inform us in advance that you will not be able to make it so we can fill the time slot.
